By accessing or using CallAgent AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
CallAgent AI provides an artificial intelligence-based virtual receptionist service for businesses. We utilize third-party APIs (including but not limited to Twilio, Vapi, and ElevenLabs) to facilitate incoming calls and generate transcriptions.
You acknowledge that our service records inbound phone calls on your behalf. By using the Service, you agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding call recording, including the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) regulations. The AI will automatically disclose that the call is being recorded.
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We are not responsible for any overdraft fees incurred during auto-renewal.
CallAgent AI acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for any lost business, incorrect quotes provided by the AI, or network downtime caused by our upstream telecom partners.
Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the next month.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied. To request a refund, contact us at support@callagentai.in with your payment receipt. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
No Refunds After 7 Days: Subscription charges after the initial 7-day window are non-refundable, as telephony minutes are consumed in real-time and cannot be recovered.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
